UWA has now fully transitioned to an online authorisation system for external contractors undertaking work on UWA premises.
Use the forms below to submit details of your contractors. You can either submit the details of a single contractor via the Rapid form below, or you can submit details of multiple contractors by downloading the Excel template, updating the list and submitting it via the Multi contractor form.
UWA's Campus Management team will collate all responses and, where necessary, contact contractors to ensure they are pre-qualified in our system. Note that where applicable, contractors will also require a separate Authority to Work for each piece of work they perform on site.
