There are limited reserved bays available for use on the UWA campuses and requests for access is subject to a vacant bay being available.

Private Use: Access to a reserved bay for private use is restricted to:

• UWA Senior Executive, Directors and HOS (or equivalent roles) that are salary deducted
• Reserved bays associated to a lease agreement for commercial Tenents

Departmental or Commmercial use: Access to a reserved bay for Departmental or Commmercial use is restricted to:

• UWA managed and branded vehicles
• Reserved bays required to support business activities

Fees: Annual fees are charged for bays based on the following catagories:

• Free - UWA managed and branded vehicles, with no private usage
• $2205 per annum - Senior Executive and HOS equivalent roles - private vehicles - Salary Deducted
• $2205 per annum - UWA Departmental use
• $2940 per annum - Non UWA Comercial use

Please note: A reserved bay does not allow parking in other general use red staff bays. If you wish to occaisionaly park in other red bays you will be required to have a staff PAYG parking account and start and have an active parking session.
