Need a key cut?

All key requests must first be approved by your Head of School (HoS) or Director (Dir) or delegated authority.

If you are ordering a copy of an existing key, please select the order page below that looks most like the key you need and submit a request. UWA Security will conduct a security review and then if approved will arrange your keys.

Don't have a existing key to match? Please go to I need a key but don't have one to copy and provide the location and lock details. UWA security will review the lock information and provide you with the key details that can be ordered using the appropriate key order form.

Lost Keys:

If you are replacing keys that have been lost, the lock may need to be changed. Please contact UWA Security on 6488 2222 to report lost keys.

Keys for new staff?

When staff leave, any UWA key and university property must be returned. Your HR Business Partner can assist you if required. The keys can then be reallocated to your new staff member.

How long does a new key take?

Typically keys will be available for collection in about two weeks.
